This website is operated by Sergio Photography. It is a personal photography portfolio used to share photography work and receive contact inquiries.

When you submit the contact form, I receive the name, email address, and message you provide. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.

The contact form is processed using Cloudflare Workers and Resend. Resend is used to deliver the contact form message to my email inbox.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form.

4. Legal basis for processing

If you contact me, the legal basis for processing your message is my legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, or taking steps at your request before entering into a possible agreement.

Technical data may be processed for the legitimate interest of operating, securing, and improving the website.

5. Hosting and infrastructure

This website is hosted using Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, security logs, and similar data as part of delivering and protecting the website.

Cloudflare provides information about its privacy, GDPR, and data processing practices in its own documentation.

6. Email delivery

Contact form submissions are sent using Resend. This means the information you submit in the form may be processed by Resend for the purpose of delivering the email.

The information submitted through the contact form is not used for newsletters, advertising, or automated marketing.

7. Analytics

This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic site usage and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting to collect analytics data.

If analytics are not enabled, this website does not intentionally collect analytics data beyond technical data necessary to operate and secure the site.

8. Cookies

This website does not intentionally set cookies for advertising, tracking, or personalization.

If this changes in the future, this privacy policy will be updated and cookie consent will be requested where required.

9. How long is data kept?

Contact form messages may be kept for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and maintain ordinary correspondence records.
